Judith Rinearson, Chair

Judie Rinearson, an attorney who is a partner at K&L Gate’s New York and London offices, has served on the Board of the National Chorale since 2009. In 2012 she accepted the role of Board Chair, where she has led the National Chorale during some of its darkest years, following the death of its brilliant founder Martin Josman. A lover of choral music (and a member of the choir at her Unitarian Universalist congregation in Montclair NJ) she is delighted to see the National Chorale’s re-emergence under the direction of their skillful and charismatic music director, Everett McCorvey, and the passionate and dedicated Executive Director, Amy Siegler. She hopes that more people learn of the National Chorale’s service to the New York City public schools and its cultural arts community: “There is something about great choral music that truly touches the soul.”
